MISSED PIECES

What are your wishes? What are likes? What are your preferences?
Are they the mere reflection of other’s admiration or are they an internal craving for the missed pieces.
When a man chooses one over the other he often weighs them on the scale of priorities, preferences, and productiveness. But when the same choices have been failed to be made, he wishes for another soul or his extended soul to complete his missing pieces. This often gets reflected as a way of fulfilling or proving one’s gratitude. This is a never-ending cycle where one will have to expect another one to fulfill their wishes, for they were busy fulfilling yet another wish. Generation after generation this missed piece keeps traveling. And every generation feels satisfied with doing their best to complete the puzzle. Until the realization strikes that the puzzle kept changing as well with the changing generations. Too late to know.
